Very good location quiet room comfortable bed very clean and safe

I liked everything

Needed a hotel in close proximity to Everbank Stadium. The stadium was a 10-15 min Uber ride away. Hotel was newer, good location, great Staff. Everyone super friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was good. Grab and go also available if needed.

Overall okay stay. Property was clean on the outside with easy parking. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was the beeping from the elevator on our floor was extremely loud. I could hear it all night long and I was all the way at the end of the hall.

It was up to Hilton standards. The lady serving breakfast was delightful. The desk folks were kinda flat, personality-wise.

By far, best feature of the hotel is the pool area - it did not disappoint. Compared to so many other hotels, this pool has fun waterfalls which also provided shade. For the weekend we were there, it never felt crowded because the area in and around the pool is spacious. Loved how breakfast was a little different each morning - plenty of options. Best service I have ever had, right from the start. They called me personally right after I made my reservation to make sure I had everything I wanted and when I mentioned I wanted a different night they made it happen. Absolutely beautiful, with an exceptional staff to match!! The inn is centrally located to everywhere you want to be. Historic St. Augustine is just around the corner, and most attractions or museums are within walking distance. Not too much hustle and bustle, which was a relief.There's maybe three or four large houses, and each house splits into about six suites. The suites are unique and individually decorated. We stayed in the Spears House, in the deluxe king suite w/ sofa bed and balcony....

Great place, staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and upscale. Unique house, clean and comfortable. Free parking on premises and perfect location for walking around the old town area. We will definitely stay here again.

Before booking read some of the reviews and was a bit scared, but the every single employee was very nice, courteous and friendly. The check-in was quick, we received our keys and were escorted to our room.
