"The staff was very helpful when we checked in. They don't seem to have a dedicated front desk person so when we arrived at 2, I had to go find someone. The breakfast spread was pretty generous. Looks like they bake their muffins on site.

"I stayed 3 nights and had to take my own trash out, couldn't get my room cleaned, had to bring down towels for replacement. I booked an extra night during my stay and still had someone banging on my door like the police were outside, scared the life out of me. Morning staff was rude, night staff was amazing. Stairs were never vacuumed. It was an ok stay but a lot of extra work when I was just trying to relax."

"What a nice surprise to find this independent gem at such a great location. It overlooks the ocean, and there is a swimming beach just a short walk down the sidewalk. "Check in & out was super simple. Registration staff & grounds people were very friendly & helpful. The rooms that we booked were very clean and very big. The grounds & the beach were lovely although it was a bit chilly on the weekend we stayed. Skippers restaurant right down the road had amazing seafood! About an hour drive to Provincetown for Dolphin Whale Watch - well worth the trip. We would definitely stay at Blue Water Resort again!"

"Everything felt dirty and smelled bad, probably because the furniture and mattresses and carpet are all really old.
