"Upon arrival, there was a crowd at check-in, so they told us to have a sit and they would call us. After 25 minutes we realize they forgot about us. They charged my credit card for both rooms without even asking. We only found out at check out that the rooms have been paid. "One of my favorite hotels once I reach Gaziantep. Everything is just done the right way except that my first arrival I didn't know that I should ask which room that I prefer, they have just let me stay in a room near the elevator which is not comfortable for me and they refused to change it. "We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and quite clean as well as nicely decorated. We were on the top floor so unfortunately there were slats on the windows that blocked a lot of the natural light during the evening but mid day it was still plentiful. Very close to the castle (quite literally across the street) and a 10 or so minute walk to the Bakırcılar çarşısı. Which was great. It’s also very close to the hamam museum and the culinary museum which made placement ideal....
