"Literally my only complaint about my entire stay was that the back door key reader was defective, so I had to walk around the entire building, soaking wet in a bathing suit any time I was returning from the beach or pool. There was no offer to change rooms despite the door needing parts ordered to be repaired. The door was actually extremely hard to open and shut. Other than that, I loved my stay and I would ABSOLUTELY return. The staff is kind, the amenities very nice and family friendly, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean, the wifi was steady and reliable. I had a great time."
