"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue...

"At the arrival there was a condom wrapper on the steps. We opened the front door and the smell hit us. Flat looked uncleaned; bathroom had stains on the floor and walls. Cobwebs in every room, stains on the walls. Problem with drain in the shower and the smell was terrible. Sofa needs adjusting as the arm rest loose. Carpet dirty, fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Fridge smelt and had brown stains on the glass shelves. Not what I expected nor paid for."
