"We were unaware that we were staying in a maisonette, if known we would’ve asked questions upon booking. Hotels.com needs to update the owners phone number. Communication could’ve been better prior to arrival day, but overall it was great on the day. The apartment was very clean, lovely layout and well presented, although signage could’ve been a bit more professional.
