"No hotel is better situated for you to enjoy Lake Ohrid. It is right on the lake and is so serene, peaceful and beautiful. We took great pleasure sitting on the balcony enjoying the bird calls, deep blue water and clouds slipping along in the sky. The husband and wife owners were wonderful, they gave us suggestions of additional places to enjoy that we were unaware of. The meals were very good. I would come back."

Verder moet je de douchekop zelf vasthouden om te douchen, dus je kan niet normaal je haar wassen. Met parkeerplek voor de deur, wat in Sarande erg lastig is. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, beautful room and the shower was gorgeous, after a day exploring or from the beach that shower is a delight. Obs: pass på at meldingen som verten sender deg kanskje ikke kommer fram og at du må ringe til han for å si ifra om at du har kommet. "The staff and hotel overall was good. Decor was very colorful and abstract. Breakfast was good and the gym had a decent amount of equipment. However a few things to consider if booking. For one it is not as accessible going from hotel rooms to lobby/pool/gym/beach. Not sure if the elevator was not working in that area or if it just does not go to the lower levels. I had to climb at least 3 flight of stairs to get from the beach area to the pool and gym. There is a ramp but it is quite steep. My room was on the first floor but the lobby was on the 4th floor and in order to get to the dining room for breakfast you had to go down a flight of stairs from the lobby. Understanding that the building is on a cliff and requires multiple floors it was a bit challenging."

"Stayed 2 nights end of May and was disappointed. The beach setup was not as advertised in the photos and appeared unprepared for the season. Basic amenities were lacking. Beach towels were not available at reasonable hours, and even after being told they would be brought out, they never were. Seating by the beach had no proper padding, and what was available was very limited and dirty. Visible trash everywhere along the shoreline area. People kept coming down looking for a spot and had to go back up because all there was, was wood bases. Service was inconsistent and at times frustrating. In multiple instances, staff did not follow through — including long waits for simple things like a menu or coffee. One incident at the beach stood out: I ordered drinks and food, added additional drinks for guests at a nearby table, and paid the full bill (~4,600 lek) plus a tip (6,000 lek total). The drinks ordered for the other guests were never delivered and he disappeared. When I followed up the next day with the server, he gave a different explanation than what was actually ordered and what the guests themselves confirmed. Basically he pocketed ~3,200 lek; it’s not the amount but the principle. I would strongly recommend not paying until all ordered items have actually been received. Overall, the service and maintenance did not meet expectations, and the experience felt disorganized and unreliable throughout the stay."

"The hotel was amazing, extremely clean and the breakfast was lovely. No bar at the pool area but you can order using a QR code and drinks were brought up, only thing missing for me was pool bar snacks. Staff were friendly and welcoming, always there to help, would definitely stay again. If you are booking a sea view, make sure its on the 3rd floor and above as there are two massive trees in front of the hotel, unfortunately I wasn't able to change my room."
