"Help via text was limited to the hours of 8:00 am through 10:00 pm. After a long day of traveling the first day and arrival which was delayed by a road collapse, we found our cabin was too hot and couldn’t utilize the AC. Maintenance guy couldn’t help since two cabins shared the heat pump and the other one’s tenants had their heat on and our unit’s cooling wouldn’t work.
