"Check in was great. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER I was checked in to a room that had an overpowering odor of urine. I’m 45 and never experienced that level. I booked a room costing extra just for a jacuzzi tub. I had to go back and ask for another room. I was told at that point they’d had a “rough weekend” with that room. So why they check a guest into it is beyond me. It was late and the last thing I wanted to do was bounce around different rooms. They did not have another with a jacuzzi tub and did not adjust my rate. I will not return as it stands now. If something happens like this the guest should be made whole and that is not the case. Does not seem they’re too concerned by guest experience if a room in that condition is not taken off until it is sanitary. "

"Manager stated they are under new management. Staff was very helpful. We had a leaky toilet. Someone came but only cleaned up the water. Maybe language was a barrier. But they were friendly. Hoping the new management helps with improvements to the room."
