"I stayed at the Regina in a Madrid for a couple days and was very impressed. The location is super central and, while it's a smaller property, the amenities were top of class. In particular, the gym was one of the best I have seen for a hotel, especially one of this size. This will be high on my list of hotels to stay at in Madrid moving forward."

"Je ne pouvais pas trouver un meilleur hôtel que celui-ci pour mon voyage avec ma fille. Le design, le confort, le service +++, même le resto de l’hôtel (Gina) était délicieux. Ce qui n’est habituellement pas le cas pour les restos d’hôtel. L’emplacement était parfait. Tout se faisait à pied. On avait aussi 3 stations de métro autour de nous, à moins de 5 min à pied. On pouvait donc explorer Madrid sans trop se fatiguer. Marc, à la réception, a été d’une très grand aide pour nous aider à organiser notre itinéraire. Il parlait un français impeccable ce qui était très apprécié aussi, même si je parle anglais et un peu l’espagnol. Tout le staff était gentil. Les femmes de chambres aussi. Ils étaient généreux et prenait vraiment le temps de bien répondre à nos besoins. Le rooftop et sa piscine sont exceptionnels. La vue sur le palais royal, l’opéra, la basilique et les montagnes au loin était magnifique. Les couchers de soleil aussi. Les lits et oreillers étaient confortables. Nous avons très bien dormi. Nous y sommes restés une semaine et pas une fois je m’ennuyais de mon confort à la maison. Et pourtant, je voyage beaucoup et c’est la première fois que ça m’arrivait. Quand je retournerai à Madrid, ces certains que je retourne ici. En espérant que les prix demeurent abordables comme c’était le cas pour moi cette fois-ci. Merci Urban Hive pour mon séjour PARFAIT!"

"Great location for tourists visiting Madrid with a Metro station and bus station a short walk away. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only minor complaint is the rooms are really bare bones. No fridge in a warm country seems odd. Bathroom and shower door are also the same which made showering a challenge. However, given the location and how good service was from the staff I would still stay there again."
