House was accurately described in listing, and perfect size for our group of 4 adult men. Owner was also very good with communication when we had a question during our stay."

"This house was just beyond perfect for our family. There as a great amount if space (and the open space was amazing for we always know the kitchen is the place to hang with family), the neighborhood was quiet, pool was well kept, house was clean and the little instructions throughout the house were great. Definitely recommend this rental for a relaxing quiet space to spend time in Southern Pines. Only bummer was the grill, just would need a good hard cleaning to use. More then what we would have wanted to do. The oven with the baking drawer was the best and allowed us to cook big meals. Love this rental! Thank you for allowing us to stay. "
