"The room was clean, comfortable, the view of the mountains was great. I gave four stars because we were told that they’re short staffed and multi days stay would not get room service. We had to call to get clean towels, and empty our own waste baskets. Other than that we had a great restful stay. One thing that was funny was the keys they gave us were actual keys and not the credit card type."

"They tried to charge us $10/ night to park, and parking lot was empty. Had a discussion with manager and she removed the charge. Left a bad taste in our mouths. Who charges for general parking at their establishment these days?"

"This was such a great hotel for our family. The kids had fun at the arcade. The pools were the perfect temperature. Hot tubs were great. We had such a relaxing time. My only critique would be that I wish the bar across from the arcade was open and our room didn’t have AC."
