"One of the worst hotel rooms I've EVER had in my life. Right next to a STAFF elevator that goes all day and all night. An air conditioner that would not stop at night and froze the room. When we turned the heat on in the morning, it ran for a minute or two and then kicked over to air conditioning again no matter what we did. I feel you guys should have paid us to stay in that room! SHAMEFUL. It was absolutely horrible. When we left and turned off the light on the right side of the bed spun where it was attached and nearly broke my finger. "Room was clean and check in was good. Elevator and halls smelling like cigarette smoke was not. As well, came town for breakfast and 1 piece of bread was there a couple yogurts, couple boiled eggs and runny waffle mix was there for breakfast. Very disappointing. La Quinta in Phoenix blows this place away. "

"Great hotel in a fun Detroit neighborhood, close to everything. Definitely low-key boujie. Downsides: no off-street parking available, had to use the valet service which was a bit slow. King-city view room was nice, but rather small. Roof top lounge was inviting and posh, service was slow. I'd stay again."

"Well don’t expect your deposit back in a timely fashion, don’t call down to front desk for anything unless you want to get belittled! Called to ask about Uber Eats delivery and was treated like I was the dumbest person on the earth. "
