Charming Waterfront Cottage with Private Dock

Established in 1844 and rich with history and charm, The Boathouse is the perfect little getaway spot for couples and families alike. Take in the fresh, salty summer breeze on the fully furnished deck while gazing out at the quintessential scenery from Pig Cove.

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation any amounts paid by Guest will be refunded (less any credit card fees incurred) as follows:

100% if canceled prior to or on date six (6) months prior to Check-in Date

50% if canceled after six (6) months and before or on three (3) months prior to Check-in Date

0% if canceled after three (3) months prior to Check-in Date

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. A cute, comfortable, well-furnished and well-equipped little house right on a rocky Maine shoreline with a spectacular view. The outside deck has very comfortable seating and a float you can swim from - - if you're OK in cold water. Hope we can go back some day.
