"The house was a nice 2 bedroom that had everything we needed. The bedrooms, bathroom, front room all were spacious. We could not go out back as the house apparently had settled so the door would not open. Also, the hot water in the shower kept going cold then hot. We did get a early morning surprise as the mowers showed up and my husband had to move his car to avoid debris from hitting it. But overall I would say this was anice place to stay. The neighborhood was peaceful too. "

We had an unexpected, circumstantial issue with the AC going out prior to arrival, and we were notified via phone call by the owner prior to arriving. The owner had a window unit in each room and 2 portable air conditioners for living room bedroom. It was uncomfortably warm, but we were thankful for their attempt to offset the discomfort and the monetary refund to show their concern...
