"We stayed with a large group at the house and it was awesome, everything you can expect from a beach house: Great location, Great House, Great Hospitality. The house slept our 21 people extremely comfortably pretty much a room for every couple. The house had some very minor issues when we arrived and Bob and the ECDI staff were very prompt to correct them and make our stay awesome. If you have a large group this is the place for you! Thanks to Bob and the whole team for an awesome experience!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that."

From the neighborhood where house is located, you go straight to the beach. You need to cross the street, but it is very close. There is a parking next to the beach and restrooms as well. "This home has everything. Beautiful kitchen for home cooked meals. The view. The location. The pool. The ocean. We loved everything about it. We rented a golf cart and could get everywhere we needed to from this location. The property manager was very attentive and responded immediately to all of our questions. The kids had a blast in the playroom. We would love to go back!"

"The host provided excellent communication! She went above and beyond to use her personal number instead of the app for efficiency. My family especially enjoyed the outdoor game area that included corn hole, a giant connect four game and shuffle board. Snow cones at the snack shack were a huge hit for my little ones.
