"This was such a wonderful surprise. I honestly didn't expect much from a hotel on the edge of Halifax but the staff were very friendly, the room was older but clean and large, and out the back was a lake with maintained walking trails. Great stop on our trip :)"

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this beautiful cottage. It is beautifully decorated, and very clean. I loved sitting and watching the water and the birds in the morning. It was very relaxing! If we were staying more than a few nights, it would be nice to have a place to hang some clothes, and it would have been nice to have even a few basic tv channels. I'd love to come back in the summer so we could fully enjoy the beautiful property. "
