"Rooms are dated. Pool was cloudy the day we arrived. The shower had mold and even the shower head. had to clean the shower head before I even took a shower. They did have house keeping come up and clean the shower. But It still had mold in areas that they missed... "

"Didn’t need room cleaned just dirty towels removed and replaced with clean. Never happened in our 4 day stay. I asked for a clean fitted sheet and 2 clean towels on day 2 and it took 2 requests to get them. No one ever emptied trash or offered clean towels."
