Watch the boats come and go from the docks across the street, sip your morning coffee on the spacious deck that overlooks the harbor, and come home from your daily adventures to an open floor plan, large picture windows, and a fireplace with an impressive stone hearth! Behind the main house is a small studio that can be rented with the main house or separately.

This property sits across the street from the water's edge in Manset Village, mere minutes by car from the boundaries of Acadia National Park. You can spend your days hiking from the Long Pond Trailhead (four miles north), swimming at Echo Lake Beach (four miles north), or joining a ranger-led nature walk or wildlife viewing. You'll also be only 16 miles west of Bar Harbor's wonderful restaurants and 19 miles west of the Ocean Path - one of Acadia's most iconic seascapes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
