From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He was always warm, welcoming, and wore a genuine smile every time we saw him. When he found out that my mother’s surgery had finally been scheduled, he shared that he was praying for her, something that truly touched my heart. His kindness and compassion brought light to some very heavy days, and we are so grateful for the care he showed us. The staff member who was manning the dining room had the worst attitude. I am unsure if she was tired and did not want to be there or if that was her usual demeanor. She not only had a bad attitude with me but also with another guest in front of me. Given my previous experience, I cannot imagine that the hotel condones such a lack of professionalism. "
