"I thought that we would have a great experience, because I thoroughly researched hotels in the area. I let the staff know ahead of time that we were there because my son had an appointment at OHSU, and I wanted it to be the least stressful experience possible because we were driving from a few hours away. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with complete warmth and support by the front desk staff. I wish I had gotten their names - everyone was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond. It really, really made a difference as a mom, trying to plan and get everything right, to know that were being taken care of. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. The restaurant downstairs, Terrane, was fantastic for breakfast - Stevi was so warm and accomodating, even remembering my son's food allergies. The valet staff was amazing as well, and the app made it easier. We will definitely stay here again and tell others about it as well. I can't quite emphasize enough how fantastic our stay was."

"Love this hotel !! Just got done with a 4 day stay. Couldn’t be more happy with this hotel the staff is friendly and helpful.The hotel has nice suites with great views of the city and a nice free breakfast they also happy hour with Free drinks and appetizers. Right next to the hotel is voodoo donuts and a food truck food court not too far from the hotel. Highly Recommend !! "
