"What is not to like about this hotel? Located walking distance from Bavarian Inn and Zehnders restaurants. Close to all shops and events. Hotel room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Staff (McKenzie and Tracy) went out of their way to please you. You will not be disappointed. "

"The room was large. So was the king size bed. There was no TV remote control in the room. The choice of tv networks was large but no premium networks like HBO was offered. The last night of my stay the tv connection was lost. There was no maid service so the bed was never made. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It was very simple. I would have appreciated a banana to put on my dry cereal. Maybe a sweet roll. Excellent location. I attended a photography workshop in Bay City, MI. Was able to reach the venue in only 10’. I wasn’t happy with a 2nd floor room. I would have liked to see an ice machine on the 2nd floor. Overall, a good experience."
