"The room had just 1 tiny garbage can? What you want us to throw our garbage on the floor? They are asking for more work for their staff, it's left overflowing for lack of other options! Not one in halls or outside. Weird!!"

"Clean and convenient. Have stayed here twice now and will continue when I need to be in the Portland area. They allow pets. Would recommend. Do wish they would get an ice machine though."

"The resort is in a beautiful setting and away from the Columbia River tourist spots but still easy to access although secluded. The pool, spa, and golf course are the main activities there. Our room was quite comfortable but the building we were in didn't have elevators and we were not on the ground floor. I was not aware until we checked in that some of the buildings didn't have elevators."

"Great stay everyone was nice and when I booked my room it only showed smoking rooms available so I took a chance I'm not a smoker but when we got to our room you could smell smoke which I figured we would so I just asked the from desk if they had any non smoking rooms that were going to be open and they got us one without a problem !!! Thank you be great coffee could get in n"

"Only place to stay at St Helens. Older hotel but decent. Had trouble with bathtub being too high to get in and out. Next time will arrange for handicap room. No elevator so arrange for ground floor in advance. To pricey for the hotel but no other place in stay in area. Should be much cheaper for what you get. Would stay somewhere else for price alone."

"Every staff member we encountered was wonderful. Warm greetings and helpful information from them all. We needed a few special accommodations and when I say they were VERY helpful. I do mean just that. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again soon."
