"The cottage was very nice and the view is amazing! The driveway could be better marked, as it is quite steep and hard to see - especially at night. Zero cell service, which is understandable, but there is no wifi. The lack of wifi should be clearly stated on the listing. We had to leave early because we had no communication with family/work. Bring toilet paper and paper towels if you’re staying longer than a couple days. "

"Beautiful property and long weekend by the river in Johnson City TN area. Property management was very attentive and ensured we had a great stay. Two great bakeries (Lazy Lady Baking and Auntie Ruth's) along with a multitude of support services within 15 minutes of our cabin. We experienced superb hiking nearby in the Cherokee Forest. We are already planning on our next stay!"

"This home was beautifully appointed, luxuriously relaxing and in a beautiful setting. It was so nice to be able to walk down to the river for fly fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. The swing on the back porch was my favorite place. Highly recommend this one!"
