"Room off to the side of the hotel were very outdated, Cobb webs in the corners and ceilings, floor was old, spongy and broken in a few places that would catch your foot that could possibly be a fall hazard. The rooms in the main hotel may be better, but I have no idea."

"The hotel is a top notch from the moment you park at the front entrance to your departure. The rooms are clean and specious. Everything is modern and in a brand new condition. The front desk, bar and the restaurant are provided excellent service. Valet parking was great too. Highly recommend."

"SCAM ALERT -- the hotel said that an Expedia glitch forced them to cancel my reservation, even though Expedia had just emailed me to ask "how was your check-in?" They were trying to pull this on the woman in front of me in line too. They said that the only room they could offer me was a smoking room for double the price, even though there were only about 5 cars in the parking lot. My name was on a handwritten list of about a dozen people, and this sure seemed like a bait-and-switch to get customers to book at one price and then blame a "glitch" to charge double the price. Still waiting for my refund."
