"The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel had very good facilities (e.g. a laundry). We had a room at the ground level with garden access which was quiet and cool. The staff was very friendly and always tried to help.
What we missed a little bit, were some space for storing of clothes and luggage (there were only four hangers). There was also only one chair in the room which was officially declared as a three-bed-room. But all in all we were very satisfied. "

Evening meal menu was odd. I think the chef was trying too hard to be different. The vegetarian chick pea dish was merely a bowl of cooked onions with some vegetable mush- my wife called it baby food. The chicken with truffles was tasty although came with flabby chicken skin. We had a great experience here. The setting is quiet and secluded—felt like a true escape from everyday life. The golf was excellent, the food was consistently good, and the service was friendly and professional.
It is remote, which adds to the charm, but just a heads-up: if you need anything like Advil or small essentials, the nearest town is about 20 minutes away on a dirt road.
