Giving recommendations on where to eat and shop. That area, is also walking distance from the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. "We came from the United States during Oktoberfest and picked this as a lower cost alternative to the high price rooms near the Wisen. It was about 20minutes from the airport at $44USD during busy times and only 12minutes at $46 Euros at 4:00am when we took a taxi back to the airport. This hotel is right next to the Erding rail station on the S2 line. We used the S2 to go into Munich for the Wisen. Hint, connect with the U6 line at Marienplatz and get off ay Poccistraße station to end up right at the south entrance next to the Ole Wiesn part of the Oktoberfest grounds. It’s a lot less crowded at that end. The hotel had everything you need, was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I used them to arrange a Taxi for an early morning pickup since. Erding has a really nice quaint old downtown that is close by and was great for grabbing dinner the evening we got in. Overall, a great hotel and a fair price. "
