"This is the first time we have been on holiday to Bulgaria. The apartment is 50 metres from, and looks out on to, the Black Sea. The apartment is new and well designed. "Worse place to stay ever. Since the moment you walk in it stinks like a public bathroom. The lobby is outdated. Please do Not trust the enhanced pictures shown there! It looks like if you are back in the 60s. The beds are super uncomfortable at a level like if you are sleeping on a piece of brick with a sheet on it. The AC is totally useless. No matter what temperature you put it would just not cold off the room. Old smelly carpets. The bathroom had mold and even the mirror was deteriorated. If...

"We had a lovely stay. Clean room. Great view of the pool and beach-definitely worth paying for the sea view. Perfect location for the beach and lovely town of sozopol. Went end of may so slightly out of season so was quiet but perfect for us. We did brave the pool but it was on the cold side. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"
