"My real complaint was the parking issue. It was a hassle to find the parking, one of the workers gave us the convoluted route to their parking spaces and once we parked there, we were told we couldn’t because we had to buy a parking pass and they were sold out… so we had to park at Sundial and for one night the price was almost $40. Mind you, we parked around 5pm and left at 10AM. I mean the room is decent. And their valet parking, which is in a garage right next to the building, is only available on Fridays and Saturdays and we were there on a Thursday. Which literally makes no sense. The shower could’ve been cleaner. The shower pressure was the best thing about the hotel. Also there was only one working elevator and 12 floors. So that was great. And there wasn’t any amenities for real. Would I come back? Absolutely not. Would I reccomend? Only if you don’t have a car :)"

"came here for a concert at Jannus Live with my boyfriend. just needed a cheap place to stay the night. the staff here is super sweet and funny. room was very dirty and i didn’t want to touch anything, but that was expected when booking this motel. i recommend bringing your own blanket to sleep on and sleep with."

"Stay away, this is a motel 6 with a Hilton logo on the side. 20 minutes to drop off your car, another 20 minutes to request your car, 30 minutes in line to check in, only 1 elevators works and takes over 10 minutes just for it to come. I waited in line for things at this hotel more than I enjoyed my vacation. The rooms are dated and filthy, they had some non code conforming electrical work that used the wrong conduit at the floor boards, signs of moisture everywhere, and just smelt like mold."

"Do not stay at this hotel We reported what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom of our room, which is a significant health concern, especially for a pregnant asthmatic. The only action taken by the staff was to have housekeeping wipe the area, which did not address the underlying issue or provide any reassurance of safety. The only other option offered was to switch rooms after 4pm the night before our check-out which is unacceptable, inconvenient and would not resolve the disruption to our stay. We made multiple attempts—two in person, four via telephone, and twice by email—to escalate this matter and requested to speak with a supervisor, but unfortunately, no one has returned our calls or followed up with us. This lack of response has been extremely disappointing. We are extremely disappointed considering the unresolved health concern, inconvenience, and lack of proper/ANY customer service. "
