Beautiful hotel in the centre of Spa. We used most of amenities including the pool and sauna. A drink in one of the lounges was a wonderful way to end the evening.

Hidden gem in belle epoque Bains De Spas splendour. Brilliantly restored hotel, attentive, excellent staff at reception, restaurant and spa. Luxurious spacious bedrooms, a fabulous lower level thermal water spa with chilled pool, hot Roman baths, saunas and hammams. Scrupulously clean. Quite excellent buffet breakfast. Central location overlooking Ardennes hills which surround town. A rare find and an absolute treat!

The building itself is amazing, and the spa facilities are absolutely top-tier. However, the restaurant service falls short of a 5-star standard, despite the 5-star pricing. Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. For example, our pre-lunch cocktails were served with absolutely nothing on the side; when we asked for nuts, we were told they had none. We also had to explicitly ask for basic items like napkins. To top it off, the wine pours by the glass were ridiculously small. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, these service gaps were definitely disappointing. I hope this review will be used by the management to improve the processes and the training of their employees.

Clean room. Cleaning lady was super nice. I didn't like the restaurants there. People are slow. Taking at least 15 minutes to order a drink. They didn't even come to me I had to order myself.

The property is beautiful and the room lovely and comfortable. I had a great facial treatment at the spa and spent a few hours after relaxing in the facility. I like that they require hotel guests to reserve times to visit the spa so that it does not become crowded. Unfortunately, we were not able to dine at the restaurant, as it was not open while we were there. We were able to enjoy the breakfast buffet, which was quite nice. The very nice young woman working reception gave us a lovely recommendation to a local restaurant, only a few minutes walk from the hotel. If I am lucky enough to be back in Spa, I would gladly stay here again.

After a long day with car trouble, we unexpectedly ended up at this hotel because we couldn't drive any further. We were welcomed by Andreas and a colleague, and we couldn't have asked for a better welcome after our terrible day! Andreas arranged everything we wanted, and we were still able to get something to eat even though the kitchen was almost closing. A beautiful, fresh, clean room with the air conditioning working wonderfully, and a wonderful ambiance throughout the hotel. Everybody was very friendly and it is a realy beautifull hotel!! Beds are perfect, everything clean and top service! 👌👌

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are modern and clean. The food is exquisite but pricey. Dinner for 2 was 30 percent more than we paid for the room but worth it. The staff seem new or not well trained. It was a bit faulty towers at times. Many young people but when we walked in to the hotel we were kind of ignored for about 10 minutes while 2 people dealt with one customer in french.. we booked for dinner but when we got to the restaurant there were more faulty towers moments when after being ignored again we managed to interrupt someone and were told we’d have to eat inside which was not what we booked. Eventually a manager came and said just wait 10 mins and we will sort it. It took a Long time to get a glass of champagne, like how hard can it be, but I think it’s just they have a bunch of kids working there out of university over summer holidays. Could have given us a glass of something to say sorry .. but it’s very French. You’re a bit of an inconvenience and definitely some of the team have never operated at high level or under stress. But look beyond because the place is so beautiful. I’d definitely come back but next time rock up in my Ferrari and I might get a different reaction.

Viel besser als Karlsbad, Heidenheim oder Bad Wörishofen. Schön ruhiges Spa. Zimmer war äußerst sauber und schön eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich. Ich glaube ich muss da jetzt öfter hin.

Zeer fijn verblijf in dit prachtige hotel. Toch enkele kleine minpuntjes: gebruik van de spa is beperkt tot 1u per overnachting en op voorhand vast te leggen. Dit neemt een deel van de ontspanning weg. Daarnaast waren de warme opties bij het ontbijt koud. Niet meteen wat je zou verwachten voor 45€ per ontbijt.

Wunderschönes Hotel, der Spa Bereich ist fantastisch. Der Service und das Personal sind sehr zu vorkommend. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind super sauber, alles neuwertig, mit Whirlpool ausgestattet. Das Gepäck wird am Empfang sofort entgegengenommen und aufs Zimmer gebracht und das Auto von einem Pagen in die Tiefgarage gefahren. Tiefgaragenstellplatz gegen Gebühr was in Ordnung ist. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, bis zum nächsten mal.

Magnifique séjours, nous avons passé 3 jours merveilleux à nous ressourcer. Le wellness centre est vraiment top, tout est soigné et très propre. Nous avons essayé le massage du corps et le soin de visage, très satisfaits ! Les personnels sont très accueillant, le dinner délicieux, la chambre bien spacieux et confortable. Nous donnons bien 10/10 pour ce superbe hôtel et c’est certain qu’on y retournera!
