Nicely located next to the outlet, Casino, IMax theater, and lots of restaurants in the area. Both our rooms had the direct view of the lake on the 3rd floor. All these and the free breakfast, dog friendly hotel, EV charger, very friendly and helpful staff makes this pretty much the best hotel we've stayed in the greater reno/sparks area.

The hotel staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The property location was ideal for shopping, eating, and ease of access to the freeway. The property itself also had a lot of things to do (swimming, basketball, access to a little lake, outside fire pit, etc.).

Very clean. Love that we can walk to the lovely park and around the water area. Walking distance to a few places to eat. Dog friendly, so thankful room doesn’t smell like dog or cat.

I’ve stayed here before and LOVED it! It looks a little dated on the outside but has been completely redone inside and is lovely, and the staff is FANTASTIC! It’s so clean and nice.

The front desk staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful and the process was quick and efficient. Clean suite with ample amenities. Quiet inside and outside. Easy parking. Good location to airport, restaurants and activities.

My husband and I enjoyed so many of the different activities offered at the GSR. Customer service was great from everyone and love our experiences there. Food was great wherever went as well.

The Peppermill never fails to exceed my expectations as it always basks us in luxury and comfort as well as style. The Tuscany Towers never disappoints

What a wonderful stay! The room was so clean and comfortable. My son really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast was wonderful with, juice, coffee, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, breads, etc. What a great selection and the employee managing that section was on her A game with making sure everything stayed filled and fresh. We love the indoor atrium pool, the buffet, and the Purple Parrot restaurant! My kids love the kid games and my parents have fun at the slots. Atlantis always offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway for my family.

This was my first visit to this property (for business). The hotel staff was great, nice and helpful, the property was clean (for a casino), my room and view were amazing, the price was fantastic and free parking. There were food choices. The rooms were downright spacious, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We stayed here one night with our family of four because we had a late arrival in to the airport. The hotel airport shuttle takes about less than 5 minutes. Breakfast buffet included (scrambled eggs and chorizo) with choice of cereals bagels fresh fruit.

We were there for 2 nights so my son could tour the University. I did not want to stay at a casino hotel and this looked very nice. It was!!! The beautiful Truckee river runs right behind. It is walking distance to the casino strip. The Aces ballpark is right across the street. It is easy to find off of the freeway.
