Our space is meant to be a peaceful retreat, so we do not allow parties and guests that aren’t part of your booking.
The cabin sits alongside two other structures—a farmhouse and a ranch—but don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of privacy. You might see us or a few friendly faces now and then, but whether you want to chat or keep to yourself is completely up to you.
A Little About Us:
Hi! We’re Samer and Laurence—Manhattan-based professionals who recently found our slice of paradise in Upstate New York. We bought this land for three simple reasons:
1. We love nature.
2. Hosting brings us joy.
3. Our dogs deserve the best life.
After years of traveling—from rustic camping trips to boutique stays—we’ve taken everything we love about a great getaway and poured it into this space. We split our time between the city and the ranch, and when we’re here, we sometimes use the farmhouse as a guest house for friends and family. The cabin, though—that’s all yours to enjoy.
A Few Things to Know:
- Our two small Shiba Inus call this property home most of the time. They’re independent little explorers, curious but generally keep to themselves. If you see them roaming, just know they’re on their own little adventures.
- Feel free to explore our land—just be mindful to stay within the property boundaries, which are marked with small indicators to guide you.
