"Home was very peaceful and serene, My Boys really enjoyed the relaxing and laid back vibe this stay had to offer. My kids did mention it would be a summer vacation stay, because of the creek in the back. Overall is was clean and accommodating. Host did their best for all my accommodation. "Stay was overall disappoinitng for the following reasons: 1. Cleanliness. This was the biggest issue. The house was not clean. There was a very superficial attempt to clean the house but on closer inspection the bathrooms and kitchens were dirty. I find it hard to believe that this house was cleaned professionally prior to our arrival. 2. This house advertises that it sleeps 12. I couldn't find beds that sleep 12 - maybe 8. The description isn't accurate. FYI, the house has only 2 full...

"Celebrated my son’s HS graduation with my father-in-law along for the adventure, Joe’s townhouse is super convenient to Thayer Gate and eating establishments along Main St. Grill worked well and the beds made for sound slumber. For mixed company an extra half bath might be desired, but 3 guys who know each other well managed just fine. The basement washer & dryer are top of line."
