No coffee pot in room. Only a bar of soap in bathroom. No hand towels, only 2 towels and 2 washcloths. No Kleenex. Definitely a no frills hotel.

Issues checking in. Seemed to be an Expedia issue. Staff was friendly & walked through the problem with support. This is an amazing property! Can’t wait for my next stay there.

My partner and I travel a good bit but never stayed at a place like this one. I guess I should have looked at the reviews better before booking. It has nothing you would need while there. While it may have a stove and refrigerator, there's no pots, pans, eating utensils, or coffee maker. Nothing you would normally have anywhere else. They gave us 2 towels and when we needed an extra we was told that they had none clean. Its not in a safe area. We noticed what looked to be drug activity. The room across from us had a lot of activities and they were in the halls and seemed to be having a party or get together at 4 a.m. needless to say we got no sleep. The bed was super hard, the pillows are awful and the sheets had stains. It wasn't a good experience and will not be going back there.

Location was fine, and facility was clean. However, the entrance doors are a disadvantage, when loading and unloading. The carts also weren't very effective, especially when pushing with pull open doors. Waited nearly 25 minutes to greet receptionist who was away fixing a tv upstairs. Even a new employee that started that night had to wait. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Missing toilet paper holder, and lavatory sink faucet was very loose.
