“House of Blues” is a pet & family-friendly, newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. The master bedroom features a king bed, a secondary bedroom has two twin day beds, each with a twin pull-out trundle bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. All guests will share a clean bathroom, with a bathtub/shower combo. Spend time together in the cozy living room, prepare meals in the quaint kitchen, enjoy your mornings on the front porch, and evenings in the backyard - featuring a large outdoor picnic table, propane grill, fire pit, and outdoor games! If you’re here for work rather than play, make use of the home-office space located in a secondary bedroom. The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room, both available to you during your stay. “House of Blues” is situated on a level lot with surrounding mature trees, making for a peaceful outdoor spot for you and your traveling companions, but not too far from grocery stores, shopping, trail walks, and dining. Four parking spots are available to you and your guests, and yes, the parking area can accommodate your trailer.

Loved the cottage and its location. We had a problem with the TV in the living room. Never was able to use it. Tried for days to set up WiFi. HOWEVER, we were able to use the bedroom TV, don’t understand that. We are over 70 and the bathroom wasn’t setup for accommodate seniors.

We enjoyed our time here. It was very relaxing much better than a motel. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was nicely decorated. The only problem was bathroom sink was very slow drain. The tub was very slick hard to stand for a shower and getting in and out was tricky. Not for someone with mobility issues. But other than that it was a great choice.

Perfect getaway cottage
Loved this cottage! Perfect for our tour of local colleges and Spartanburg. Close to downtown, but plenty of personal space. The 1930 architecture reminded me of my grandparents’ house. We enjoyed fire flies and deer. There was also a cat that tried to talk us out of leftovers. Property manager was friendly and prompt on answering questions. Highly recommend this property!
