"22 friends and family spent a magical 10 days in this beautiful location. Well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was a godsend. Would be fantastic if more ac available in lounge areas and larger fridge/ freezer in the grand Vila but other than these points I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here "

"My family stayed at this charming house. Everything in the house was so nice. It’s actually a row house, so there was plenty of room. The host was a delight and welcomed us with drinks and delicious homemade bread and food. We felt quite at home and comfortable in this lovely place. "Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . Il y a différents espaces de vie où chacun peut trouver un endroit calme et reposant . L’hôte répond dans un délai très rapide a toutes...

"The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return."
