"Plenty of parking, home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The area is convenient 30 mins to Ithaca college."

"This is a great spot to stay near Ithaca, NY. It's about a 25 min drive through a gorgeous farm valley from Spencer to Ithaca. Great spot. Nice little park across street. Very clean. Enjoyed the nice large TV."

"Wonderful country place to stay. Very quiet, clean, easy to find and the view is spectacular. We were surprised by breakfast items in the fridge. A plus for us was a washer and dryer. Perfect for keeping the kids cloth clean as thay LOVED playing outside. Easy access to lots of great placed to visit."

"Excellence we love it."

"For my girlfriend and I it was a perfect stay. A full one bedroom apartment with a small second bedroom. The place was clean and the A/C in the bedroom kept the entire apartment cool. We had a family event in the area, so we didn't spend much time during the day, but the bed was comfortable and we slept great. The shower had plenty of hot water and excellent pressure. We would certainly stay there again."

"This two bedroom was comfortable, inviting, and well stocked. It was in a great location close to everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!!"

"The location was one of the best places I could of stayed at especially for the price. The owners were some of the nicest people you could meet and you could tell they care about making their guests feel welcomed. The bathrooms even though were outside and shared they were very clean. The owner even helped me start my fire because I never have before and was learning from YouTube but he came over and got it going right away. 10 out of 10 I recommend to everyone. Just bring a portable heat if you...
