"This hotel is definitely one of the lesser expensive alternatives in the Vancouver area. The rooms are not a suite at the Hilton, so set your expectations appropriately. But I will say, the staff/service was top notch! The room was as clean as you could make it, and the grounds were actually quite lovely. When I was there they were planting all new flowers and shrubs. Nice touch. The neighbourhood is not great, but I guess it's convenient for most people. And did I mention it is close to half the price of other hotels in the area..."

There are several really inexpensive and great restaurants very close by. We usually stay in super high end “W” style hotels and we really appreciated this “dive bar” hotel.
