represents the complete reinterpretation and renovation of a late 1960s building complex. The result is the birth of a modern accommodation facility consisting of elegant and refined apartments, in which the creative work of the architect Oscar Ferraro is reflected in the right attention given to taste, art, beauty, attention to detail and the comfort of guests during their stay.

The complete renovation has given back the possibility of offering apartments of various types ranging from nice studios for two / three people, to standard apartments for up to four people and superior apartments capable of accommodating 6 people.
