"We stayed here through Cherokee Nation and then paid for our own room for a month. Our experience with the front desk and cleaning staff was always pleasant. We never had any issues personally, however, any issues that anyone else had was very well known to everyone because they stood out in the halls and screamed the whole time. There is also a guy named Jason that frequents the parking lot of this hotel (he lives in a nearby neighborhood) and at one point, tried to get my teen daughter to go...

"This place is a dive. Smelled like smoke everywhere even in non-smoking room. Dumpster in the lobby? Sheets did not look washed had holes in them and 2 cockroaches in our room. Yuk!"

"It was a wonderful, quiet place to stay, right on the lake. I could never get sick of waking up to that view! Seeing it was just me, the cabin was perfect size and even had a loft. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be going back, and soon!"

"We needed somewhere to stay close to the Springs Event Center, and this was perfect! Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. I do kind of wish the light in the bathroom was a little brighter, and the hot water runs out FAST! So shower quickly. Otherwise, it was a good stay."
