"I love this place. Perfect location near Worcester Cathedral, the canals, shops. Decent price and lovely staff. Will surely stay again. For those sensitive to sound, it is above a pub, so just be aware of that. Food served at pub and many great places nearby. Lovely walking."

"I thought I was booking a quaint and characterful hotel, instead what I got was a dilapidated and rundown, dirty hotel. No restaurant in the evening, just jacket potatoes available to pre-order. Someone else’s pubes all over the toilet, mouldy shower and curtains that didn’t even cover the windows… and my room was an executive suite. Avoid at all costs"

"The hotel is in a great location on the river and the staff were extremely welcoming. I stopped in one of the cottages, the room needed a bit of TLC and some new furniture. The water didn't drain properly so you had to keep stopping the shower. The chair in the room had so many stains, I generally avoided it. The breakfast was great, but when you looked under the tables there was food on the floor and it wasn't from breakfast."

"The property was in a very good location , close to the city and all amenities . I did not drive there myself, however one of my friends did and luckily found parking nearby, it is worth pointing out that the cottage is in a cul de sac and the street itself is very narrow with parking either side so needs to be figured into your stay. I just think it worth the mention - this did not affect our overall stay and enjoyment of being in Worcester. A well equipped kitchen and all the necessary requirements for a weekend stay were available at the cottage. Such a quiet location by the canal, thoroughly enjoyed it."

"Absolutely awful, wouldn't even give it a star, the property was dirty, unclean, a building site at the back. Old vegetables and milk left in the fridge, kitchen hadn't been cleaned. No plug to wash up. Dirty pants and clothing left down the side of the beds. I could go on, worst experience ever! Photos on the website totally misleading "
