"Excellent location. Right on the harbour front with a very short walk from the ferries and water taxis. Check-in was easy and all the staff were amazing. Breakfast was OK but was included in the cost of accommodation. Really good bar outside of hotel overlooking the harbour. A great base if you're staying on the Island. We really enjoyed our stay which was enhanced by the staff."

"Everything was perfect. Sitting on the front veranda was heavenly, both in the morning enjoying the sumptuous breakfast buffet, and in the evening with a glass of wine looking out at the sea. And I really can't say enough about the staff -- everybody was super helpful and friendly and professional. Absolutely recommend this wonderful hotel in every way."

"Spetses Hotel was amazing!!! Our room was incredibly clean with all the necessary amenities and the view was spectacular. We went during May which is their off season so it was daily quiet, perfect for some R&R. The hotel staff were so friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Due to the fact that it was quiet we got table service instead of a buffet style breakfast and the food was quick and delicious. 10/10 would stay here again. Spetses as an island is small but one of the best Greek Islands I’ve been to so far. Come with your partner or family as it is not a party island. It’s romantic, quaint and scenic. "

"Wow—what can I say (or not say!) about Hotel Teresa? Our room was on the top floor with a massive sun deck, complete with lounge chairs and a table for outdoor dining—though we didn’t use it much because there were so many great food options along the port! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and a genuine “welcome home.” Being Easter weekend, the island was buzzing, which only added to the experience. The port was alive with energy—church bells echoed across town, families gathered in cafes, and everyone seemed to be in great spirits. On Easter night, the sky lit up with fireworks, making the celebration feel even more magical. The photos online don’t do this beautifully restored gem any justice. You won’t be disappointed staying here. The room had everything: a Nespresso machine, tea kettle, mini fridge, and plenty of complimentary water and coffee pods. I loved the old French château vibe—it truly felt like stepping back in time. They just don’t make places like this anymore. Go see it for yourself—I highly recommend it. "Great view over the sea, but also over the major road so it is noisy at the front. There is no breakfast and no reception so visitors have to contact the Alasia travel agency who are lovely people. A convenient location for the sights and for the ferries/hydrofoils. "

"All the staff were so lovely and welcoming! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re a solo traveller like myself. Love that they provide breakfast as well all freshly made everyday! I will definitely come and stay again when I’m back in Spetses! "
