"The hotel is in a super location on the lake, with stunning views. The hotel rooms are quite basic and dated. Carpets in hallways dirty and threadbare. Restaurant food was good, but service over our 5 day stay was incredibly disappointing and impersonal. We were constantly chasing staff for service, which was very annoying. The breakfast set-up is poor, disorganised and no one really in charge to keep things running smoothly. The pool and spa area are lovely and definitely a highlight."

"Very nice place. Had an excellent lake view from the room. Nice lakefront seating and breakfast area. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice pool overlooking the lake. Staff were extremely accommodating. Staff went out of their way to accommodate a temporary food allergy among one of our party. Location is good, not too close to the old city but close enough to walk. Special thank you to Valeria at the front desk who was exceptional."

"Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Die Verständigung mit Diego über WhatsApp war problemlos, äusserst freundlich und die Antworten auf kleinere Fragen kamen sehr zeitnah. Durch das Traumwetter konnten wir vor allem den großen Balkon mit Seeblick nutzen und genießen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub."

"A nice, modern, clean, unsuite room room. Tea and coffee making and safe. Good blackout curtains. Breakfast is available but I walked into town to a coffee shop, bakery. The small pool area is a calm oasis of quiet and offers sun loungers, parasols and shaded areas. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was lovely with a lovely little beach bar down the road, easy access to buses to get to the old town, the room was cleaned daily, we had a lovely pool view, no extra cost, cleaned daily, fresh towels every other day he only thing that let the room down was no tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was good."

"The description and location felt too good to be true, to the point that I was unsure if the property would live up to the description.What a relief to find that everything was exactly as described. Communication was fast and positive. The house was well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The a/c was a blessing in what was a blistering heat of this particular European record-breaking summer. Our family of 5 (including our Golden Retriever) enjoyed both the house as also the outdoors. The location was simply incredible, with the lake being literally 50m away from the property. The city was also close by with wealth of restaurants, pastry and coffee shops within a short 10-minute walk. I highly recommend this spot and we hope to be back soon. "
