"Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. None of these things stopped us from having an excellent time and we would love to come back! Fantastic facilities and exceptionally positioned on the lake (not too far from picturesque Limone town)."

Great cappuccino during breakfast ( sometimes the tase is awful at the different hotels) with wow view to the lake. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. Thank you and good luck! "
