We wanted to stay at a property for some relaxation and this property was gorgeous inside and out with breath taking view and nature dream. Carla was amazing .she was very professional , kind and understanding . Great to work with and went out of her way to make our trip possible. I love photographing bird and the nature reserve backing to lake Travis was amazing ! Seen many mammal and birds, thank you so much Carla for everything!! Love the property 11/10

Amazing property and responsive host. She’s thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We visited when the bluebonnets were in all their glory on the property. The view from the screened in back porch down to the lake was beautiful. Highly recommend Carla’s home.

My family had such a lovely time. We stayed here during wildflower season and the weather was absolutely perfect. The landscaping and natural elements of the property ensure a peaceful environment for rest and play. The home is clean, comfortable, cozy, and well-equipped. There could not be a more gorgeous and serene place than this rental. The description is absolutely correct. The owner is so incredibly nice and accommodating and caring. So great at communicating too. We had our wedding in Spicewood and this rental made it an even more special trip. All pros! Easy check in and out process, TVs, exceptionally well stocked, beautifully well maintained gardens. If you forgot something it just might already be there waiting for you (body wash, kitchen things, etc). Can’t wait to come back!

The place and grounds are beautiful! It also was the perfect setup for our family. The dogs had plenty of space to explore with our young daughter in a safe gated area. Outside the gate, the grounds were also well-maintained. We enjoyed spending time at the place, and especially appreciated the kitchen with plenty of spices and availability of high end cookware that allowed us to enjoy more time at the place. Carla (host) was also very kind and responsive prior to and during our stay. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again.

Our girls' weekend getaway was nothing short of spectacular! Traveling from the constant hustle and bustle of the DFW metroplex, this Sophisticated, Serene Waterfront Paradise was exactly the medicine we needed. The combination of the gentle flow of Lake Travis and the lush greenery in the background creates a superb, calming atmosphere. Our mornings were incredibly quiet and restorative; there is nothing quite like watching the sunrise while deer graze peacefully on the lawn just a few feet away.The layout of the home was perfect for our group. We spent our days soaking in the views and our evenings engaged in team-building and games that brought us all together for a fun-filled, stylish experience in the Hill Country.The location is also hard to beat. We took a trip to the nearby Krause Springs, which is an absolute must-see! Since the wildflowers were in bloom during our stay, the drive and the destination were both breathtakingly beautiful.Lastly, a huge thank you to the owner. We had such a wonderful time in Spicewood while attending our niece's wedding. This property was the perfect spot for my sisters and I. We enjoyed the most relaxing afternoons going for walks, reading books, napping and recharging before and after the wedding. From the comfy beds, to the well stocked kitchen to the outdoor oasis with its cowboy pool and tree swing to that amazing master bath with the sky view...we felt so pampered and left happy. Thank you, Carla, for this beautiful retreat and much needed green break.
