The area available to guests is about 60 square meters on one level on the ground floor of a semi-detached villa, with private entrance and can accommodate up to 5 people. The house, with fine finishes and furniture, consists of a large living room with sofa bed, fireplace and Smart Tv, dining area with table and chairs; open kitchen equipped with every comfort including dishwasher and microwave. The hallway leads to the sleeping area with a double bedroom with 2 windows above and a small bedroom with 2 single beds (please note that this room has no window but a transom that opens onto the living room). The bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet, a large shower cubicle and washing machine. There is a covered patio outside the house with barbecue and it is possible to set up a table and chairs for outdoor dining while enjoying the magnificent panorama and the greenery that surrounds this property...a little paradise in the hills!
