"Lugar excelente! Bem localizado, Limpo, lençóis de qualidade. Adoramos"

"Very modern, comfortable apartment in the heart of Modena. Quiet and immaculately clean. Cool in the hot temperatures. Delightful shower. Easy communication with the hosts. Reached out to help with recovering my bag when I left it at the Parma airport. Great coffee shop across the street."

"Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was excellent. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Check in communication was made the day before and was good once it was established. Location was excellent and close to the train station, the Ferrari museum and to downtown restaurants and shopping."

"Très bel appartement! Bien situé! Très propre. Nous étions 5 et tous ont été très confortables."

The property owner was an angel; she maintained great communication, left beverages and personal hygiene materials in the apartment, and was mindful to turn on the AC before arrival to have an ideal temperature in the apartment. It is located in the center of the city and near produce and clothing stores. The apartment itself was very clean and homey. We really loved this experience, and could not recommend this specific location enough! Just...

Air conditioning worked and there were a lot of steps and also a gate to get through to arrive at the loft. The location is fantastic and the communication with the host was very prompt just beware of ceiling height on bedroom level. And the bed size was...

"Great location, nice roomy apartment. Parking is a challenge but there is a pay lot just outside the city centre."

"Clean, charming, great location and friendly hosts!"

"The host Alberto met us to help us with unloading and parking. He made our check in process extremely smooth when pedestrian zones in Italian cities can feel very overwhelming. The apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed. We can only hope to go back!"
