"Fantastic place to stay if you don’t mind being outside the city center. Angela the owner is a fantastic host. She happily called for dinner reservations on our velar, and even arranged for parking to minimize walking for my elderly father. This is a huge deal inside the city walls. Grazie! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended. "

"I like everything. The family that owns the property do whatever they can to be helpful. It's high on a hill with beautiful, very Umbrian, views. "Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza era ampia, confortevole e molto pulita. Tanti piccoli accorgimenti molto utili per chi soggiorna. La colazione semplice ma genuina e abbondante: ottima la crostata fatta in casa! L'ultimo tratto per raggiungere il casale è una strada sterrata che però è in ottime condizioni e quindi non presenta nessuna difficoltà anche con auto normali. Posto molto consigliato!!"

"Ottima soluzione per chi ama la tranquillità. Propietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Se il navigatore vi porta su una strada sterrata per arrivare prendetela solo se non ha piovuto nei giorni precedenti. Considerate che si arriva tranquillamente tramite strada asfaltata a poche centinaia di metri ma a volte il navigatore vi segnala come prima scelta la sterrata che va bene solo se non c'è fango. Tornerò sicuramente se ritorno in zona."

"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"We had room 304 looking out over the valley. Breathtaking view! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were outstanding. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and super helpful. This is easily the best hotel of our vacation in Italy! We highly recommend it!"
