"The pool is always refreshing, it would be nice if the hot tub worked but I just spend a little more money and get a room with a Jacuzzi tub. The staff is always amazing and nice. It's the only hotel I will stay at when we have to travel to the area. The rooms are not only clean but they are a good size and very nice as well. "

"Don’t clean rooms and had to ask for towels the second day? They play a lot with the rates and availability "

"Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because you have to pay for parking at this property. And more often you have to park across the street."

"Needed a cot, food options were limited and what was available, was too expensive for what you got. Limited amenities. Probably exploring other options next time. Not terrible, just not the most pleasant experience. Elevator situation desperately needs improvement "

"The room we got initially we had problems with the entry key not working. What a pain to experience. Finally had to take a different room and not what we registered for."

"The room was clean for the most part despite the appearance throughout the hallways. I was a bit skeptical but it served the overall purpose. I was only in town for a night. Toiletries were subpar and the water backed up in the sink. The Jed was comfortable. "

"The hotel itself was nice overall, but our room had a damp/musty smell. The parking garage is quite challenging as the ceiling is very low, and the ramp to get to upper levels is quite small. The staff, however, was outstanding. "
