"Hotel was very clean , staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed a spa area. Overall a great place to stay"

"Excellent stay, but you have to book weeks in advance. Good price for the room and the location. The hotel is small (only 19 rooms) with one small reception desk. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast wasn't a buffet, but a fixed menu from which you can choose one item. Along with it, each table is saved with a basket of mini croissants and bread as well as spreads (jam, honey, grounded rabbit spread [yes, you read that right!]), a cup of mixed fruit, granola, and corn cereal. There's a temporary 15-monute parking for chexking in, but then there's a parking lot across the street for hotel residents that can be accessed by the room card after you have paid for the parking. The hotel is located next to the downtown street that's full of shops and restaurants. You get a priority seating for the dinner as it gets packed in the evening. There's a breakfast amd dinner restaurants."

"Wonderful hotel- Conveniently located. Extensive spa with numerous hot tubs, saunas and other aquatic features. Vast breakfast buffet with wide range of options including omelet/poached egg station. Marilor restaurant on-site was our best meal in town and is a reasonably priced Michelin-recognized restaurant. Concierge, Christopher, was extremely helpful, provided some top tips and assisted us in planning the 3 days we were there. Rooms had all the amenities expected and are beautifully decorated---photographs on website don't capture sufficiently."

"Best location in Zakopane. Close to hiking trails. Close to the commercial center of town. Swimming pool, or two. Spa. Play room for children.. views of Giewont from many rooms. Balconies in some rooms. Excellent and very elaborate buffet breakfast until 11 AM (!) Nearby restaurant Karczma Biały Potok. A little further, but not to be missed, Karczma Czarci Jar. When in the commercial center do not miss STRH, and it is easy to miss."
