"Das Haus befindet sich in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Der Blick über den Ossiacher See von der Terrasse und dem Esstisch im Wohnzimmer ist majestätisch. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über ein Ecksofa, einen Flachbildfernseher und Schiebetüren zur Terrasse. Das WLAN funktionierte fantastisch. Die Küche ist alt und die Schränke muffig. "Absolutely loved this apartment. Would stay there again. The apartment is spacious and extremely well appointed. From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive. Great restaurants and activities. Our host Stephan was very friendly and available. He gave us some wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. If we come back to this area, I will definitely...

"This was very new and modern place, with old style elements. Kitchen vey complete. 2 nice bedrooms with good beds and modern bathroom. Good parking space and warm storage place on ground-level for shoes and skies. Quite location. About 15min autodrive to parking ski-area Nassfeld-Hermagor. Think to visit it again. Very nice and good support from owner and neighbour."

"In a great central position. Modern and stylish but couldn’t use front door code as not working. Door was permanently propped open. No security at back entrance - we could get straight to our room without needing a code -as could anyone else! "

Great two night stay

"Stayed here as a stop over between Vienna and Croatia, would recommend. Very cute, clean, friendly and helpful staff, great food and good bar. Big breakfast spread in the morning for no extra cost. Great location in the middle of town, everything walkable or bikeable. Only downside for us was no A/C in the room, but it was cool at night so we were able to leave the window open. "

"Stay was amaizing, welcoming was very professional and nice, Mrs Diana was very helpful to my wife and me. She explained everything we asked and gave us informstion we needed. We have really nice expierence with hotell staff. Hope next time we stay longer. "

"The hotel was a little walk from downtown, but I felt comfortable walking through the neighborhoods at night. It was very easy to walk from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to downtown Villach. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; the manager was positively the best. She gave me great recommendations and was very quick in responding to my emails. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to meet her to thank her in person. "
