"The host wouldn't answer my calls at arrival. Failed to communicate the condo number, the parking spot number, and gave wrong instructions on how to get in the door. Charged me extra to check in a few hours early, but majority of that time was spent trying to get ahold of someone to get in due to being locked out. The host also tried to change the check out time to 10 a.m. when an 11 a.m. check out time was advertised. There were ants in the kitchen. There was mini split a/c's in the bedrooms but the rest of the house was a sauna. Terrible experience. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!"

"Air conditioning works perfectly; the kitchen is so complete; my husband and I enjoy cooking together; we had such a fun time there; and the sounds of coquis and the nature of Puerto Rico are so soothing. We visited beaches at Luquillo and Fajardo, took the ferry to Culebra, and drove to Old San Juan multiple times. Vicente and Andre's property is so beautiful, we definitely recommend it to anyone who's considering renting it!"

"Amazing place to stay. Easy access to beaches, food, parks, and ferry to other islands. Only issue we had was the roof on the awning was being replaced and was not informed of this until arrival info. As well as screws, metal shards and construction supplies being left all over the terrace that created a hazard to include foot cuts."

"This place it’s out of the world. It’s beautiful gorgeous the apartments are every clean. Everything are in excellent shape security it’s out of this world. I feel safe, secure at all times all rooms have air-conditioning. Open the windows the wind will make feel at home the view from the balcony. It’s outstanding. The morning sunrise at 5:45 to 6:00 AM it’s out of this world it’s beautiful gorgeous. The restaurants around the area are excellent good food the beaches also great clean atmosphere safe. I definitely guarantee this place to stay with family and friend. The pool is clean. Everything is clean. You guys don’t need anything else but ideas and enjoyment to come in and enjoy the isla del Encanto Puerto Rico. I would definitely rent this again. because home is where your heart is, and this will be my new home."

"Right on the water, comfortable beds, like a treasure hunt to get there, but we loved the adventure. Not for elderly as wooden staircase to sleeping quarters with same outdoor stairway to kitchen and second bath. Still, fun place to stay with excellent communication from host."

"The views from the rooftop were amazing! Loved the location as it was close to ferry and El Yunque. The staff was super friendly especially Lily who gave me great suggestions! It would have been helpful to have a guide on how to use the facilities but overall great experience. The pool was very nice as well! "

"This was the perfect condo. It had everything we needed - great views, a warm pool, air conditioning, kitchen, and a great outdoor space. The location was great, too. It was a short drive to the ferry, beaches in Fajardo and Luquillo and the national forest. The host was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We would love to come back. "

"Check in and check out were easy. The condo was in a good location, within a few minutes of the marina and 30 minutes of the rainforest, and 20-25 minutes of Luquillo and Seven Seas Beach, which were beautiful beaches to see. The cleanliness of the condo itself was lacking. There was still trash from the previous renter and we had to purchase laundry detergent and dish sponges ourselves. The AC was also very loud in the living room, which prevented us from using it most of the time we were in the condo. "
